1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if a service was not provided or if ShineyShine Detailing LLC was unable to complete the service as agreed.

Payments for services that were successfully completed are generally non-refundable, as our services are performed on-site immediately upon appointment.
2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Refund requests must include your booking details (name, service date, and type of service).

Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Cancellations

Customers may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
4. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability, and ShineyShine Detailing LLC will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and location information for mobile services.

ShineyShine Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or property.
