At ShineyShine Detailing LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile car and window detailing services. This Refund Policy explains the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and service issues. By booking our services or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available if a service was not provided or if ShineyShine Detailing LLC was unable to complete the service as agreed.

  • Payments for services that were successfully completed are generally non-refundable, as our services are performed on-site immediately upon appointment.

2. Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

  • Refund requests must include your booking details (name, service date, and type of service).

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

4. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability, and ShineyShine Detailing LLC will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and location information for mobile services.

  • ShineyShine Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or property.
